Does TGB Spa have parking?
No, TGBSpa does not have any parking - Churchill Square car park is a 3 minute walk from the spa.
Can under 18's have treatments in the Spa?
Under 18s can't have treatments in private rooms, like massages or facials unless accompanied by an adult. However, we do offer manicures and pedicures. Please note: guests under 16 can't have gel or BIAB finishes, as these require a UV lamp.
Do you need to book a consultation prior
to a treatment?

Some treatments require a consultation first. These include: all laser and IPL treatments, aesthetic treatments, hair colouring, keratin treatments, and hair extensions.
Do you need to book a patch test?
Yes, for all tinting and hair colour appointments a patch test is required minimum 48 hours prior to appointment.
What happens if you need to cancel/reschedule

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations or appointment reschedules that fall into this time period will be charged 100% of the service price.
Can you pay with cash at TGB Spa?
No, we are a cashless business.
