TGB Spa’s Cancellation Policy


At TGB Spa we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours' notice will be honoured with no charge. However, if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, 100% of the payment will be required. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain the high quality of service you expect from our luxury spa. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to welcoming you to TGB Spa.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month Promotions – Terms & Conditions

To support Breast Cancer Awareness Month, TGB Spa is proud to partner with Future Dreams, a Breast Cancer Charity that believes nobody should face breast cancer alone or without hope. The charity offers a wide range of in-person and online services providing practical, emotional and psychological support for those diagnosed with breast cancer, funds vital secondary breast cancer research, and promotes breast health awareness. Throughout October, we’re running the following special promotions and fundraising activities to support this charity:


Pink Nails & Hair Promotion

Donation: 10% of the total sales from any pink-themed nail or hair service will be donated to Future Dreams.

Complimentary Treat: Clients booking a pink nail or hair service will receive a free glass of pink prosecco during their appointment.

Eligibility: Offer valid for appointments booked and completed between 1st–31st October 2025.

Availability: Complimentary prosecco is subject to availability and served to clients aged 18+ only. Nonalcoholic Pink Lemonade Spritz option available if preferred.


Drink Pink for the Cause

Donation: 100% of the proceeds from any standalone purchase of pink prosecco/Pink lemonade Spritz will be donated to Future Dreams Charity.

Eligibility: Clients must be 18 years or older. We are unable to perform laser treatments on clients who are pregnant or within six months postpartum. Additional contraindications may apply and will be assessed during your consultation to determine suitability for treatment.
