TGB Spa’s Cancellation Policy


At TGB Spa we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours' notice will be honoured with no charge. However, if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, 100% of the payment will be required. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain the high quality of service you expect from our luxury spa. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to welcoming you to TGB Spa.

TGB Spa does not offer nail appointments for clients under 16, unless otherwise stated.

  • Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18 and over. One entry per person; multiple entries may result in disqualification. By entering, participants agree to these terms in full.
  • Prize: The prize includes a complimentary treatment as stated in the giveaway announcement. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.
  • Booking Requirements: Prize must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. Appointments on Fridays and Saturdays are excluded. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.
  • Redemption Period: Prize must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of winner notification. Failure to redeem within this period will result in forfeiture.
  • Discount Exclusions: Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or package.
  • Right to Modify or Cancel: TGB Spa reserves the right to change or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  • Errors and Omissions: TGB Spa is not responsible for any typographical errors in the giveaway details.
